Distinction in the FINAT International Label Competition, with 1st prize for the label “Metaxa 7*” and 3rd prize for the label “Ellinis Extra Virgin Olive Oil”, by Agrotiki.
In the context of continuous research, the company starts using inks specific to the food and pharmaceutical industry, in accordance with the International Community's suitability regulations («Low migration Inks»).
The company invests in technological equipment and installs a pioneering electronic final inspection system of the labels, for absolute security and accuracy (Web Inspection Camera).
A quality assurance system is in place and N. Kampas is certified by the International Organization for Quality Inspection & Certification (TUV-SUD) according to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000.
The company receives its first International Award at the FINAT International Label Competition.
A prepress department is created, which now covers the needs of model processing, proof printing and film-clip production, thus providing fully vertically integrated services.
The two youngest members of the family, Liana and Panos, join the company.
