1970 N. Cabas company is founded, by the current president Mr Nikolas Cabas, located in a small space downtown Athens
1982 The company relocates in Agios Dimitrios, and expands its activity, investing in up-to-date label printing equipment.
1991 The company relocates in Agios Dimitrios, and expands its activity, investing in up-to-date label printing equipment.
1996 Liana and Panos – the daughter and son of Nikolaos Cabas – begin working in the company.
2000 Prepress department is created, covering the needs of layout processing, proofing and production of film cliches, thus providing fully integrated services.
2001 The company expands its activities abroad, supplying labels to some of the leading European companies.
2002 World-wide Association for Self-adhesive Labels and related products (FINAT) awards the company in the «International FINAT Labelling Competition 2002», with 1st prize for the printing quality and the final result of the label «Baby Care wipes», and with 3rd prize for the label «Metaxa Private Reserve»
2004 Cabas company is certified by the International Organization for Standardization (TUV-SUD) according to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000.
2008 As a result of its development and growth, the company is converted into a Public Limited Company (S.A.).
2009 The company invests in technology and installs an innovative system for the final inspection of labels, for ultimate safety and accuracy (Web Inspection Camera).
2011 The company starts using special inks for the industry of food and drugs, according to the suitability regulations of the International Community («Low migration Inks»).
2012 Cabas company is once again awarded in «FINAT International Label Competition 2012». It receives 1st Prize for the label "Metaxa 7 * Flasc 20cl" and 3rd Prize for the label "Agrotiki - Ellinis Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml".
2013 For a second year in a row, the company receives 1st Prize in «FINAT International Label Competition 2013», for the set of labels «alati – Greek fleur de sel» of GAEA company in cooperation with the company Trikalinos Bottarga.
2014 The company is certified by TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS for the environmental management system implemented according to EN ISO 14001:2004. Third consecutive year of excellence in FINAT International Label Competition, with a total of 5 awards for Cabas SA.
2015 New investment in technological equipment, which enables silkscreen printing. One more year of distinctions, including 5 awards in FINAT International Label Competition.
